This small unit packs a great cooling punch. My windows are small and this unit fit perfectly into the small opening. The 8,000 BTU in a small package does a great job. You set the digital temperature and the unit will shut off when the temperature is reached. Not like my old unit that ran constantly. This is a very efficient unit. Best purchase I could have made for my shop.

The AC is quiet when the condenser is running compared to other models but I think mine might be defective or have an issur. When the fan is running with no condenser, its quite loud and makes an annoying hum that is louder than my air purifier at full blast and can be heard across my room. Ive confirmed its not vibration or the condenser, so unsure if its the fan motor, design, or bearing. Will update if I fix issue

The unit works as expected, but was damaged in shipping due to extremely minimal amount of packaging protection. Just a couple of very thin sheets of styrofoam. Unfortunately we can't send it back because we are in the middle of a heat wave.

Easy to set up and control. It comes with a cordless remote and batteries. You get a lot from a small unit and the price is right. We have 110 V so our options are limited. Yet this cools off the entire room on low. It's energy saving too. Make sure you register it because the customer service is excellent!

I love Frigidaire. I had a window unit before I ordered this new one, it lasted 20 yrs! Probably would have lasted much longer ger but it was stolen. So, had to get another & I love it too. Im sure it will last another 20 yrs! I love the new one, it has a remote control. It keeps my area cold & if it can do that in Texas, like it does, its a great unit??

The AC has been performing as expected. One of its great features is the compact design and build. No big unit hangover outside the window. I researched extensively for such a unit since the window was in the lower level of my home and on the active driveway side. Therefore it poses no pertruding hazard to my vehicles. It™™s a trusted brand of appliances l have bought for over forty Years knowing that there would be a certain levelof quality in the product. A little noisy on the highest speed but nothing excessive. Overall a good performance product.

Works extremely well, slightly noisier than my smaller 5000 BTU AC unit but I love all of the additional features and how quickly it cooled down my 200 sq. ft. room. The installation was fairly straightforward with easy to understand instructions. I am a 65 yr old woman and installed it myself. The only tricky part was putting it in the window and holding it while closing the window so it would have been easier with two people. Personally, I love my Frigidaire AC unit. I've been a Frigidaire appliance owner for years and just replaced all my kitchen appliances with the Gallery series and LOVE them! Frigidaire makes a good appliances and they're a solid company who stands by their products.

I bought this air conditioner at PC Richard almost two weeks ago. I have another model by Frigidaire in my living room which I really like, but this new one I bought for the bedroom is a major disappointment!!! At first it worked great , cooling and quiet, now it™™s loud and the air feels damp and cold, even on the dry setting. I thought this was good in the beginning, I regret throwing the box out and now I don™™t know if I can return/ exchange.

We are happy with our air conditioner. This is the second one like this that we have bought because we were so happy with the first one. This one however, does not have the room sensor on the remote like our first of this model, which confused us because there was no mention of it not having a sensor in the remote that accompanied it. The settings are confusing to us because they are a little different than the first one we had bought, which is the same model only a couple years older. This one actually doesn't seem to keep the air as cool as our older one, although we have it set a little lower. Overall, we are happy with it but just confused about how it is operating. Hopefully, we can become accustomed to this newer model.
