Our Air Conditioner replaced a previously installed Frigidaire A/C after many years of reliable service. It was easy to install and will cool my bedroom down to a low temperature that I like to sleep in. It does have ONE feature that I DO NOT like. It DOES NOT show the room temperature on the unit AT ALL during operation of our new purchase. All our past and present A/C™™s show the temperature in the room on the front of the unit. Don™™t understand that at all.

My old unit needed to be replaced as for the extended warranty coverage and the unit I received was not the size of mine, I can not change the size because my old unit was a thru wall, and you sent me a window unit.

This AC is absolutely trash. It constantly thinks that my house is at 50 degrees so it will not cycle on unless I turn the fan to the highest setting and coldest temp. I contacted support and they told me it™™s a software issue that will be fixed within a week, that was 3 weeks ago. I tried resetting the unit and it worked for a day or two before repeating the issue. This is unacceptable and I wasted $500+ on this crap.

We live in an upstairs unit which get very hot in the summer. We also have a chow chow dog that needs to be kept cool. This new a/c was perfect for all of our cooling needs. It is very user-friendly! I love that I can control the unit with my smartphone and speaker ! This air-conditioning unit is worth it's cost. I would highly recommend buying one if you want to be cool in the summer.

The 14,000 BTU Window Room Air Conditioner with Wi-Fi by Frigidaire has by far exceeded my expectations! The AC unit was simple to install with detailed and helpful instructions that made the process very easy to get the unit installed and running within minutes. Once installed, the app WiFi and App setup were also easy to complete and allows for the full operation of the unit from my phone without having to be in the same room as the unit. This allows for the unit to be powered on/off and the temperature and other settings to be maintained very easily with the least amount of hassle possible! The WiFi operation is a nice feature as it allows for the room to be cooled before I ever step foot into it!!! If I forget to turn off the AC, I can simply turn it off with my phone to keep it from running when it is unnecessary! The scheduling of the AC through the app also is a VERY nice addition that allows for me to set a schedule to allow for the AC to operate only when I need it to, making it a seamless operation and keeping my house cool at all the right times! The only drawback was that the AC allows for a filter to keep the air quality clean, but it was only mentioned in the operation manual and not actually included in the package. A nice touch would have been to at least include a sample filter with the unit on purchase to allow for the benefits of the filter to be seen, therefore allowing the end user to actually WANT to purchase the filter... I honestly have NOT purchased the filter, and there is a 99.9% chance that I never will, since it wasn't important enough to actually include in the box.

We have had a lot of problems lately with different brand window units for our machine room. They always seem to loose coolant some how and condenser lower section freezing up and failing to cool. So we are trying this Frigidaire now. Hence the title of So far So good. And the 4 stars. This is the problem of getting surveys immediately after the sale of a product.

I had tried 3 prior air conditioners before buying this one and finally I have one that works! It actually cools my rooms. I love the app function. It allows me to turn it on and off during the times I am away. Now I'm not afraid that my cats will suffer in the heat. Believe me, my husband is so happy I finally found one that actually cools as it says it will.

While we have only had it on a few times we are very pleased with its performance. It is a little noisy when on max, but it cools so quickly we are able to run it on lower fan. It was easy to install. It would help with appearance if the ™tape™™ was white instead of black. So far we are very satisfied.

This is a yes model. Easy to install? Yes. Quick cooling? Yes. Quiet for a window unit? Yes. The filter is easy to clean. I love the timer function bc I work afternoons and my cooling needs are met. The display is easy to read and the unit cools our living area quickly.

The best thing about this unite is cooling down the heat in short period of time, lol , my family and I we named it frost storm. But we have to admit the WiFi button doesn™™t work when we do WiFi paring mode. We can™™t get it to work when we outside of the house.

I always wanted a fridge with a bottom freezer! As a short person, it was difficult to always reach in a top freezer! There is so much room in the freezer. It holds all my frozen foods that I use regularly. I have a small chest freezer for other items. Im extremely happy with my new fridge!!

I bought the 14,000 BTU air conditioner because I wanted something big enough to cool my bedroom as well as my adjoining office. This air conditioner does just that and the Eco setting which prevents the compressor from running all day. I would highly recommend.
